Dream Holiday... who doesn't yearn for one? We, as human beings, naturally seek enjoyment and take pleasure in the things we can afford and access. We label this pursuit as life fulfillment, satisfaction, or achievement, among other terms.

For many of us, a dream holiday entails escaping our current habitat. Yes, our habitat! Let's not deny our classification as animals, specifically mammals, characterized by being warm-blooded creatures with a backbone and hair.

So, considering our habitat—our geographical location and country on this planet—if you reside in the typically cold northern hemisphere, it's only natural that your dream destination would be somewhere significantly warmer. Such a place would undoubtedly differ from your usual surroundings in terms of culture and cuisine. You yearn for an experience that deviates pleasantly from your routine and location in life. Conversely, if you were born and raised closer to the equator, the default location, you might wonder about those residing in the southern hemisphere. Fun fact: the southern hemisphere comprises more than 80% ocean, and while it may not be as warm as equatorial countries, it certainly isn't as cold as the northern hemisphere. I speculate that the southern hemisphere likely harbors fewer human inhabitants compared to other regions. Feel free to correct me by leaving your comments below or through your subscription.

Without a doubt, many dream holiday destinations captivate us with their scenic beauty, rich cultures, and snowy landscapes. Thoughts of snow often bring to mind Santa Claus, Christmas celebrations, gatherings, parties, gift exchanges, and reuniting with family and friends, providing a reprieve from work (let's be honest, who feels productive during the festive season?). Personally, I find myself in a hibernation mode throughout December, where official matters and work tend to drain my enthusiasm and incite procrastination. By the way, did you know that December is actually the warmest month in the Oceania continent, where Australia and New Zealand are located? So, if you're seeking a warm yet non-humid destination in December, those two places are worth considering.

In my dream holiday, I envision a place where over 90% of the population wishes everyone, even strangers passing by, a heartfelt "Merry Christmas" and a "Happy New Year" during December. Imagine the warmth of such greetings! Everywhere you go, Christmas songs serenade you, and you partake in heartfelt gatherings with family in a chateau adorned with a cozy, crackling fireplace. Indulging in gourmet Michelin star cuisine and a royal feast, reminiscent of scenes from Harry Potter movies, adds to the enchantment.

What about you? It's safe to assume that our Dream Holiday often revolves around the people we cherish, the perfect climate, rich cultural experiences, and, of course, delectable food in a captivating ambiance.

Imagine if we could permanently reside in our Dream Holiday, always surrounded by loved ones, engaging in activities we enjoy, and savoring the cuisine we love. Would we ever tire of it?

I'm curious, has anyone listening to this podcast achieved this kind of "perfect life" that most of us dream of? I would be overjoyed to hear from you, as it would feel like a miraculous existence. Why do I say this? Well, I doubt there are many people living in their Dream Holiday. You see, if you are wealthy, you likely have access to all the material possessions and luxuries you desire. However, what about the people you adore, the ones you long to spend time with and share your life with? Finding individuals who align with your values, with whom you have harmonious relationships without any conflicts, can be challenging. This is something I believe even the financially affluent struggle to achieve. By material-rich, I refer to individuals with substantial wealth and physical assets, capable of purchasing anything money can buy. This thought has led me to contemplate those who possess fewer material possessions and assets, which includes myself and the majority of the Earth's population. This is how the concept of a "Dream Holiday" arises, don't you agree? If not, please feel free to leave your comment below or on the subscription form by clicking SUBSCRIBE. Nevertheless, I believe that even those who are financially affluent entertain thoughts of a Dream Holiday. Don't you think so?

Let's explore what flows through my thoughts. Was it the desire to meet Santa Claus in Norway, Finland, Sweden, or Canada? Or perhaps I fantasized about a dream holiday where I could indulge in a royal feast in a castle, surrounded by the royal family, dressed like royalty. Here's a thought: why limit ourselves to just one Dream Holiday? Yes, who says we can only have a single dream holiday? Let your imagination run wild with numerous dream holiday scenarios. This is the season to foster hope for something magical to happen, but first, let it manifest in your own thoughts. Dreams do come true!

Allow me to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a truly spectacular New Year. May your dream holiday wishes come true!
